This class uses a series of slow, focused movements and deep breathing patterns to enhance the mind-body concept. These exercises concentrate on balance, posture, flexibility, coordination, and muscle strength and endurance. Studies show that regular practice of Tai Chi reduces diastolic and systolic blood pressure, mood disturbances, and bolsters one's immunity.
