Purchase of Street Sweeper

The City of Kinston City Council will consider the purchase of one (1) 2012 model year Elgin brand Street Sweeper under authorization granted by G.S. 143-129(e)(3) and G.S. 160A-461 at its regular meeting on January 17, 2012 from Federal Signal Corporation, the seller, under National Contract #031710-FSC entered into on July 8, 2010 with the National Joint Powers Alliance, a Cooperative Purchasing Group and the City of Kinston.
