Reservations

The Recreation Department maintains policies and rental fees for buildings, picnic shelters, gyms, ball fields, tennis courts, pools and a spray ground. Some requests may require approval from the Recreation Commission. All reservations must be done in person and paid for at the time of reserving. For more information or to inquire about availability, please call the Administrative Office at 252-939-3332, Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. We are located at 2602 W Vernon Ave. Kinston, NC 28504, upstairs at the Kinston Community Center.

Rules & Regulations

• Reservation times include set up and clean up times.
• Recreation sponsored activities have precedence over all other activities.
• Facilities may not be used for any profit-making enterprise.
• There is a 10 p.m. curfew for all parks and facilities unless special permission is granted by the Director of Parks and Recreation.
• Alcoholic beverages, drugs, weapons, and tobacco products are not permitted in/on recreation department buildings or grounds.
