   Buses not dependable, running on hit/miss basis, and really need to be scheduled. Resident workers commuting to plants outside this City need route exspansion. Big or small, consider a local depot for inner and outter city buses. City has more than likely some unused or under used facility. A few bus shelters could pay for themselves by offering ad space.
