This fitness class will give participants the opportunity to learn exercises using a chair to improve balance, coordination, achy joints, and other conditions.

This class is a mix of body weight, calisthenics, and strength training all in one. Running, walking, plyometrics, slam balls, wall balls, battle ropes are just a few pieces of workout equipment that can be used. Each Boot Camp Class will have a different theme, so you do not find yourself doing the same workouts each class.
